The Challenge
A major federal agency needed to modernize their legacy tax document processing system. The existing infrastructure struggled to handle the volume of tax forms during peak filing seasons, resulting in significant delays and manual review bottlenecks.

Our team architected a cloud-native solution leveraging AWS AI services for intelligent document processing. We implemented automated data extraction using machine learning models, reducing the need for manual review while maintaining accuracy standards required for federal compliance.

The Challenge
A Fortune 500 healthcare organization required a mission-critical platform to coordinate emergency medical responses. The system needed to integrate with 911 dispatch centers, track patient information in real time, and stay available for life-critical operations.
Our Solution
We developed a real-time tracking and coordination system that integrates with PSAP (911 dispatch) systems. Agents can manage responses, track patient locations, and open critical information during an incident. The engagement was in a HIPAA-regulated environment. We built technical safeguards such as access controls and audit logging alongside the customer's own compliance obligations. MAW does not certify HIPAA compliance.
